Tights sizing is unisex, but remember that our specialty is making what you want! The inseam measurement is the fabric "at rest" so keep in mind tha he main stretch is vertical, and they will be quite long when worn. Our JL tights are sized for rowers, and sizing is NOT like "Department Store" sizing.

Men--use your actual waist measurement in inches, NOT your jean size! Keep in mind that ranges can be affected by height and weight.
