will support all aspects of customer service to include: Sales Rep support, all sales tools (sizing kits, samples, etc), hands-on customer communications. Other tasks in maintaining company workflow may be assigned. Candidate must have the ability to communicate well both verbally and written, in a timely and organized manner.
The CSTM is THE link between outside sales reps and the factory or home office. Timely responses/resolutions to rep requests is key to a smooth order and fulfillment process.
Compensation based on experience; base range is $12 - $19 per hour plus benefits. Extra pay/comp time is available for outside events (typically on weekends).
Candidate must have on-the-water experience (rower, coxswain, coach), since you will be working with same. Candidate must be able to lift 40 lbs, be able to drive company vehicles, travel by air and stand up to 8 hours at regattas.

Full- and Part-time sales/customer service position open at our retail location in the Manayunk neighborhood of Philadelphia. We are looking for year round employees, not summer time only. Must be able to work weekends.
Responsibilities will vary, required skills include but are not limited to: Full frontal, exuberant customer service skills; organizational skills, computer skills, attention to detail skills, numchuck skills...
